  1. Entries may only be submitted by one advertising agency. Should more than one agency be involved, the concerned parties must agree in advance as to which agency will be submitting the entry. In the event that the same entry is submitted by two agencies, only the first entry will be accepted and the second will be disqualified.
  2. Each advertisement constitutes one entry. However, advertisements which are part of a campaign series (advertisements that have been published, broadcast, telecast or displayed within 30 days of each other) may be entered as a single entry. Campaign entries can include a maximum of three advertisements.
  3. For Integrated Campaigns, entries should be from a single campaign. Each entry must have only 3 advertisements/commercials each from a different media (print, television, radio, outdoor or digital). All material requirements for Integrated Campaigns are the same as single entries.
  4. You must submit a completed AURORA ADVERTISING AWARDS Entry Form for each entry. Information on the Entry Forms may be reproduced in publicity material if you are short listed as a winner; it is very important that this information be full and correct.
